hey, at least the bag was effectively closed. way to think outside the box, little monkeys.
I always thought those things were for picking up needles. From a haystack. May have even thought that it was for picking up noses @ one time.Or was that FOR picking noses?Monkeys are scary. Annual blogroll update - you will find 'Weirder' scrolling merrily along @ Venom, Secrets, & Lies.
I'd rather see them used to close a bag of nuts than for my husband to use them to pluck hairs from inside his nose. Yes. He does.
Using clothespins and binder clips for these things over here! You guys are high-end.Pearl
That's some serious commitment to fresh pistachios...
Hey, whatever works. I'm impressed they weren't left open after not seeing a chip clip.
I use binder clips on my pants sometimes, but I'm not saying where.xoxo
I dunno, I think its pretty creative. They probably saw the closest thing within reach that would do, and used it. Way to think smarter, not harder, kids!
The post title is as clever as the little monkeys adaptation to their environment.I can see where the brains came from.
Fascinating captain. The juvenile indigenous life forms show a remarkable adaptability and creativity within their environment. They may be hostile though.Set phasers on stun.
Plus they can use it to defend their nuts if threatened. Very smart.
hahaha i love those yumm..lol
Skip the picture if you find the socket wrench.
In my house that bag would have been shredded into tiny little pieces. Would be happy if the monkeys were cleaner, like yours.
Fascinating. Were they trying to open the bag or keep it closed? If closed, someone has trained them well. Pliers may not be the best thing for that but at least someone made the effort.
I believe Alton Brown could classify that as a "multi-use" tool. Genius!
When you find a saber saw in your pantry, time to get a lock for the toolbox.
And the tools are going to get bigger and bigger - axes are next!
I usually just use a flamethrower.I like my nuts crispy.BTW, new blogroll rule @ The Chronicle: if I'm not on yours, you're not on mine. Come check me out!!
