But First, A Brief Holiday Message
From The Management:
Thanks to Neil Kramer of Citizen of the Month for inviting me to participate in this year's Christmahanukwanzaakah Online Holiday Concert - to be held on his blog on Wednesday, December 15. Check it out to see lots of other bloggers busting out the holiday cheer!
And Now, The News Ewe've Been Waiting For
The winner of our Oxfam Collection Sheepstakes - who will have the honor of dedicating the donation of a much-needed sheep to a village suffering from severe poverty - is:
Lori from In Pursuit of Martha Points!
Congratulations, Lori! Please email me (whatsupwithanna(at)gmail.com) with a few pertinent details, including your full name, complete shipping address (not a P.O. Box, please) and your telephone number. I will pass this information along to everyone on the Internet the good folks at Oxfam and they will handle the gifting of your sheep.
Thanks very much to everyone who entered the contest with a punny comment!
Ewe guys are the BEST!
(The sheep puns are over. I swear.)

I won! I won! I won!
I told Himself that I won a sheep. A real sheep. First he didn't believe me. Then he was alarmed.
I let him think an actual sheep was being delivered for a few seconds.
Heh.
And now I have terrific envy that I do not have a dancing singing hat.
Or a purple Christmas tree.
Email on its way!
Yay Lori! I'm sure Himself would've had that sheep trimming the lawn in no time (with free fertilizer too!)
I also am terribly jealous of the singing santa hat. The picking of the teeth was truly inspired!
You suffer for your art, don't you? :-) The dancing hat is proof.
Loved it.

Congratulation, Lori. Anna...just...oh dear!
Congrats Lori! Every woman needs to have a sheep of her own.
The hat. I want the hat. Where can I find one? Please? I'm constantly picking my teeth so I know this will work for me.
Wow, thanks Anna! I am totally in the Christmas mood now. That singing hat did it for me, plus whatever it was you got out of your teeth. You rock!
When sheep puns grow old they can be tougher than mutton to get a laugh from.
Congrats on being part of the Christmahanukwanzaakah Online Holiday Concert! Well done!!xo
You make it all seem so effortless.
Lori and Anna--You know they are going to KILL this goat and eat it, don't you? This is why our vegetarian family sobs at the "Heifer Project" catalog...molly

Can't wait to see your video!
Bad news: I did not win the farm animal.
Good news: finally got it together and subscribed to your marvelous blog. What can I say, I'm a bit slow on the uptake.
Oh my, how did I miss that ridonkulously awesome video?!? (Um, actually I know exactly how - by reading the post on my iPod through my blog reader instead of trying to load your actual blog on my iPod. Foolish girl, I am. Also talking like Yoda, I am. Clearly I have ingested enough Brach's Christmas Nougats to reach toxicity and my brain has fried.)
Anyhow, kudos on that awesome bit of holiday cheer. You rock, even if I didn't win the sheep (despite, you know, growing up on a working sheep farm and all). Apparently being a Former Shepherdess is not nearly the advantage in Internet Charity Giveaways that I'd thought...
I think I'll drown my sorrow at losing in some more Christmas nougats. Mmmmm, nougaty..........
